I am an award-winning specialist book designer with more than 20 years' experience across cover design, internal design and layout, typesetting and production.
I've worked with some of the largest (and some of the smallest) publishers in Australia and New Zealand, and pride myself on my creativity, versatility and all-round knowledge of the publishing process.
I know the publishing business. It can be intense, brutal, frustrating and thankless. It call also be wonderfully quirky, imaginative, rewarding, collegial and exciting.
My goal as a book designer is to bring more of the latter, less of the former.
